We would like to believe that every instrument could be saved.

The normal service for a brass instrument is a thorough cleaning using professional grade ultra-sonic cleaner.  This removes oxidation, food and other things growing or lodged inside an instrument.  We remove minor dents, and ensure that the instruments play as well as they can. An instrument serviced should be an instrument that serves its player well.

For custom work, no request is too small or too big.  We install custom triggers, revamp minibal linkages, align valves, change the tuning and, in some cases, the key of an instrument.  The end of what we do is at the limits of imagination.

All restoration work is priced per job depending on the wishes of the customer: from complete dent removal, stripping of lacquer, to re-plating/re-lacquering (contracted outside the shop).

Woodwind service is a very personalised venture.  We can regulate the woodwind of choice to the player’s exact needs.  The player’s input is crucial to this service as every player is different.  Every woodwind is play-tested before it leaves the shop, ensuring maximum effectiveness during a standard regulation.  One-on-one attention is given to our beginner woodwind players.  Each beginner is taught how to take care of and assemble their instrument ensuing that the instrument stays regulated and works properly.
